Giulio Bordonaro

Biography & curriculum

I was born in Palermo (Italy) January 7, 1985.

I've always had a great passion for art, drawing and design.

I've been working as a graphic designer since 2006, holding positions in several companies. During these years I've gained a good experience in editorial and web-oriented design, as well as in illustration and typography. My aim is to realize simple yet powerful and well crafted projects.

In 2009 I got a Bachelor's deegree in Visual Arts at the University of Palermo.

In September 2010 I moved to Milan, in a perspective of personal and professional development.

Currently I work as:

cross-competence art director at Meloria, an advertising agency;
creative director for WAR ALL, an indipendent fashion brand;
creative director and GUI designer for Leitmotiv Lab, a team for software development;
member of box36, an experimental multimedia art group.

I'd love to:

live and work abroad, design cover and booklet for a music album, draw a serie of comics, build a stop-motion video, improve my skills in type design, improve my skills in HTML5, CSS3 and Javascript programming.
